From the friendly staff at the front desk, to the great hygienists (Alex), and wonderful Dr. Ponce, Clearwater Family Dental always delivers a welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive experience. Our whole family uses this office for our dental concerns. Whether it is routine maintenance or sudden concerns, the office is always accommodating and able to get us seen within reasonable timeframes. I definitely recommend this office.

today was my first time visiting this dental office! my experience was positive and i’ll definitely be sticking with this one. the staff were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

I had a really great experience with the dentist Dr.Zak. He has a gentle demeanour, very still hand, knowledgeable and very caring professional. I was very happy with the care I received especially given the fact I do not do anesthesia. My only concern was with how my decision regarding an X-ray was handled. When I explained to the hygienist that I was pregnant and did not want an X-ray, she responded, “Do you know you get more radiation from a banana?” I found the comment dismissive and felt that my choice should have simply been respected. They were able to obtain my recent X-rays from my previous dentist, so I appreciated that this was ultimately handled without needing another X-ray. Overall, I had a positive experience with the dentist, but I felt this interaction was worth mentioning as feedback.
